Objectives and legal grounds for personal data processing

- in connection with the recruitment and employment process,

Data retention period
Personal data will be retained:
- for the effective term of the contract and after its termination, we will retain your data for as long as it is required by law.
- for the period necessary to attain the objectives resulting from the Controller’s legitimate interests, including direct marketing, until consent has been withdrawn or an objection has been raised.
Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract and the fulfilment of the legal obligations by the Controller.
Data processing
Your personal data will not be used for profiling purposes, nor will it be processed automatically in a manner that would have legal consequences for you.
