Polifolia Sp. z o.o.’s history began in Lublin in 1994, driven by a passion for modern plastics processing technologies. From the outset, we have focused on manufacturing thermoforming films, which are widely used in food industry packaging. Right from the start, our goal has been to develop reliable, safe products precisely tailored to the real needs of the market.

The dynamic development of the industry, coupled with our unwavering commitment to excellence, led us to make the pivotal decision to relocate our entire manufacturing plant to Poniatowa. The modern plant, commissioned in 1999, laid solid foundations for Polifolia’s further development. It has enabled us to make systematic technological progress and significantly enhance our production capacity, as well as expand our infrastructure, logistics and transport facilities.

We manufacture single- and multi-layer polypropylene (PP) thermoforming films in a variety of thicknesses and widths. We also produce films with high barrier characteristics that effectively shield products against gases and water vapour. Each metre of our film is the product of our long-standing expertise, precision and commitment to the highest quality standards.

In response to market requirements, we expanded our business to include the production of plastic packaging for the food industry in 2008. By investing in state-of-the-art thermoforming lines and advanced decorating technologies, we were able to offer comprehensive solutions, providing everything from design to finished goods that are both aesthetically appealing and functional. Our services include dry offset printing, shrink sleeve labelling and classic labelling.

Our business has always been customer-centred. We adopt a bespoke approach to each project, meticulously customising technical and visual parameters to align with clients’ exacting expectations.
